Welcome to ErrNET™
ErrNET™ Guidelines
STEP 1: User Agreement: Read and agree to the terms of the ErrNET™ user agreement.
STEP 2: Upload Document: Select and upload the document to be checked from your computer.
IMPORTANT: Please read the following guidelines before proceeding. If you have any questions, please contact us.
- Documents must be in portable document format (PDF). If you do not have PDF conversion software, you may use the free Web-based PDF conversion service offered by PrimoPDF. Please use the Web-based service only as the locally installed PrimoPDF software package creates PDF files that are not compatible with ErrNET.
- ErrNET™ will not check PDF image files, such as scanned documents converted to PDF format. If you are using the Microsoft "Save as PDF or XPS" Add-in for Office 2007, be sure that there is a check in the box next to the "ISO 19005-1 compliant (PDF/A)" option in the "Save As PDF Options" dialog. Otherwise, your document cannot be processed.
- Section headings and/or subheadings, e.g. Introduction, should be in bold-faced font, and make sure that there is at least twice the amount of space between the heading and text of the section as there is between the lines of the text. This would be two single spaces if your document is single-spaced and four single spaces if your document is double-spaced.
STEP 3: Payment: ErrNET™ calculates the price for checking your document and requests payment. The price is based on the total number of pages checked as described in the table below. User must enter credit card information to proceed. We accept Visa®, Master Card®, Discover®, and American Express®.
The introductory pricing schedule is as follows:
| First 1-50 pages |
$0.50 per page |
| Next 51-100 pages |
$0.40 per page |
| Next 101-200 pages |
$0.30 per page |
| Next 201-300 pages |
$0.20 per page |
| >300 pages |
$0.10 per page |
For example, a 50, 100, 200, 300, 350-page document would cost $25.00, $45.00, $75.00, $95.00, and $100.00, respectively.
STEP 4: Results: ErrNET™ Error Report, marked-up PDF file, and receipt are presented and can be viewed and downloaded.
